UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
Localadlink has licensed its sales force and management to Zurvita Inc. A multi-product Direct Sales Company, lead by accomplished and highly experienced CEO Mark Jarvis.
The Localadlink product which was so highly popular as it was introduced had the uncommon dilemma
of being so in demand that it over-whelmed the company infrastructure as well as the merchant service company’s ability to float the money . This would be thought to have been great trouble to have ,however in the world of Direct sales panic in sued and the company was sent into a spiral of mistrust and missteps . Major investors whom have seen the demand and promise of the Localadlink product have stepped in and secured the technology of the Localadlink software . In addition the management team of one of the most successful and experienced CEOs in direct sales has secured the rights to sell the product.
This chain of events has been a fascinating journey of watching how a potentially colossal Company
is growing and becoming perfected.
The huge space of local on line advertising has the potential to be dominated by one major player
Just as google has done with search.
The hope is to help local business drive its costs down and exposure up with the geo targeted technology and directory platform that can let them compete with the big chains.
LOCALADLINK + ZURVITA = Localadvita?
The definition of Vita a fresh start or new direction in life or An academic vita is a summary of your professional training and background; it serves much the same purpose as a résumé in the business world. In other words, a vita is an autobiographical account that provides the information on which a preliminary decision is made whether to admit you to a program or hire you for a job.
I believe this combination has come together just at the right time.
The Game-changer in Internet Advertising
Author: Enrico
Advertising online used to be reserved for those companies with deep pockets who could afford to place their ads on the major websites, hire expensive SEO companies to get the primo listings on the big search engines, and basically shut the “little guy” out of the market.
Times have changed and so has technology. There is a new company that is changing how the internet advertising game is played. This new company is called LocalAdLink and they are founded by Bob McNulty. Now, Bob McNulty may not be a common household name, but I bet you have heard of The Home Club, Shopping.com, and Home Depot. Mr. McNulty founded the first two and wrote the business plan for the third.
What sets LocalAdLink apart from all of the other internet advertising companies is their use of the concept of geo-targeting and contextual reading. Geo-targeting is basically pinpointing the computer user’s physical location by their IP address. So, you ask, how does this help in internet advertising? Well, for example, if a guy in Chicago is looking for a new car, he might go to Google and search for new cars. The problem is, everything that comes up on the first hundred or so pages of Google has everything to do with new cars but nothing that will help him find a dealer near him. That’s where the geo-targeting comes in.
Because LocalAdLink has partnered with hundreds of thousands of search engines, websites and social networks, the way the results are sent to the user has “changed” dramatically. Now, when the same guy searches the same phrase in Google (or Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Ask.com, About.com, etc.), the search engine first seeks out his zip code then checks the results against the LocalAdLink database of advertisers. If a business that matches the user’s search criteria and advertises in the user’s zip code, that business will be listed at or near the top of page one of the search engine.
Starting to understand the power?
Not only does the business’s listing show up in or near the top spot, but it also shows up in the “Sponsored Links” on the right hand side of the page. And that is just what LocalAdLink does for a company’s search results.
Now take that same concept and apply it to hundreds of thousands of websites and social networks. Whenever someone surfing on any of these partnered websites is reading about a subject that has a connection or similarity with a LocalAdLink advertiser’s business, that business is the one who will have its ads displayed on those sites. Think about how much it would cost just to place an ad on MySpace, Facebook, YouTube or any other one of those mega-trafficked websites. Imagine if you could have ads on potentially ALL of them, for one low monthly price. By now, you must be starting to feel the power of LocalAdLink.
It is no wonder that LocalAdLink is quickly becoming the business of choice for the top Network Marketers. With it’s official launch coming in March, LocalAdLink has already topped $4 million in sales in just it’s first three months, one of the most successful “soft-Launches” in internet history. With a compensation plan that offers its members a remarkable 40% commission on ad sales, LocalAdLink has not only attracted the top Network Marketers, but also thousands of salespeople cashing in on the generous compensation plan. It is not too hard to predict that LocalAdLink will be THE best business opportunity of 2009.
In summary, it is now possible for the smallest of businesses to compete with the biggest companies for the prime internet advertising space. And those with the foresight to see the huge potential of LocalAdLink will be rewarded handsomely for their efforts.
The game has drastically been changed.

A Wonderful Overview and Perspective by Leslie Tumlin
My perspective on technology and paradigm shifts relating to LocalAdLink, search engines and our always-evolving technology.
Search Engine vs. Directory
LocalAdLink.com is an online business directory. Not a search engine. So what’s the difference?
Yesterday: vs. Today’s Version:
White Pages vs. facebook
Yellow Pages vs LocalAdLink.com
News, encyclopedias, maps & more vs. Search engines
Real Example:
I’m thinking I’d like pizza today – preferably from a nearby pizza place.
So I did a search on a well-known search engine for “pizza”.
This is what I pulled up:
-13 local businesses. 8 not-so-local. 4 national chains.
-Of the local businesses - most were 10 miles away or more. Several were hundreds of miles away.
-A pizza weblog
-The history of pizza
-Pizza franchising information…
-and more.
I did a search on our LocalAdLink.com directory for “pizza”.
This is what I pulled up:
-25 total local pizza businesses – ALL within 2.5 miles of where I live
-13 were within a ½ mile of my home
-5 were featured listings – paid ads – with pictures and coupons – GREAT info.
-Can’t wait to see MORE featured listings with all the details to help me decide which kind of pizza I want right now – within walking distance.
-No other extra information provided that I didn’t need.
-Just local pizza places.
-Just what I wanted.
Also, I tried the Yellow pages. I entered my zip code, and pulled up 15 pizza locations on the first page. The top 4 listed were 15 miles from where I live. There were also a few pretty close… not sure how close. It didn’t say. Hmmm… nice feature on LAL.com
Our directory is superior to a search engine and other directories when wanting to locate, find, and do “discovery” on a local business.
I tried Merchant Circle and Local.com, too. Merchant Circle had “Ads by Google” showing up at the top of the search – and the links were for other “related” pizza sites. Local business promotion? Not quite.
Local.com was full of lots of information… but not a real local feel – it did not highlight just the great, local businesses, right around me.
Our layout on LAL.com (while always improving) is great! Our coupon, image and video galleries are primo when trying to browse and find the right place or product you’re looking for.
When I sell our solution, it’s all the items pointed out above that compel me to focus on our premium product. The behavior we are promoting, and will create (more so than any of the competition) is to enlighten “the people” on a better way to find, and connect with, local businesses; not to mention a better way for local businesses to be discovered and generate more informed and engaged customers! The excitement for “home grown” camcorder videos and images to inform the customer is something of tremendous value – and it will become the rage. YouTube created the phenomenon – but we haven’t see how that will permeate into other very valuable applications. Like ours!
Oh – and the rotation and circulation providing exposure and visibility as we push local businesses out all over the internet in their targeted area? That just helps the viral people-power-factor gain even more momentum as our local businesses are spotted here, there, and everywhere. Advertising with broad visibility serves (also) as a reminder, and an affirmation, to the potential and existing customers that a business is viable and accessible. A great compliment to our overall campaign as our growth gains hold with explosive results on LocalAdLink.com using multiple channels to promote our solution – and brand the local business.
I promote our directory with coupons to everyone I possibly can. Strangers, acquaintances and friends. I consider it a must to do PR to inform “the people” so they can see what we have to make local shopping that much easier – and fun.
Our site, technology and product continues to grow (against the odds and the Google obsession) to create a new paradigm shift.
Yes, we know the typical way (today) to look for a business with a product or service of interest.
But things are about to change.
